BOG
A fish out of the water. Or perhaps more accurately, a dinosaur out of the Jurassic. Bog is an intelligent, little creature from the prehistoric past transplanted into our very strange present day. ZAC
A man on the edge of his mid-life crisis. A bachelor still searching for the perfect woman. A man making the best of a dead end job in a very interesting place, with some very unique friends... all while sharing a house with a dinosaur!
KAY
A thirty-something year old business woman who's wasting her MBA managing a museum box office and gift shop. There's a bigger brighter world out there but you have to start somewhere, and sometimes it takes longer than you'd expect. That's Kay. Positive outlook. Lots of hopes and dreams. Not quite there yet. But, has a lot of friends to keep things interesting. Has partial custody of a small dinosaur.
DOC
An over-educated know-it-all scientist who believes we should all model our lives after Star Trek. He is the brains behind all the museum's exhibits and technology. He lives in a small service shed on the museum's roof and has invented a practical time machine which the crew often uses to go on adventures.
BUD
Retired cop and WWII vet. Now filling his retirement years as the museum's security guard and professional coffee drinker. Bud's tough past has given him the personal grit to put up with the worst museum customers, middle managers, or anyone else for that matter. Wields sarcasm like a loaded gun.
TIM
The museum's self-centered short sighted middle manager. Has the unique gift of offending everyone in the room with backhanded comments and deflating statements. Perhaps his coke-bottle glasses give him a view of the world where he is the center of its universe.
BEV
The thoughtful matriarch of the museum. She is the facilities director and curator. She quietly oversees all of the madness in a way that encourages great things out of all the employees.
MONKEY BOB
Accidentally brought back from the ancient past during one of the crew's time traveling adventures. Monkey Bob is suspected to be one of humankind's earliest ancestors... or just a chimp... depending on how you were schooled.
Lance
Zac's annoying nephew. The pre-teen child of busy parents, Lance often kills time bothering the museum staff. He is addicted to video games and occasionally a really bad skate boarder when not allowed to play video games. Shallow... uninterested... media obsessed... Like I said, a pre-teen child.
ZIP & ZAP
Occasional visitors to Bogworld and Earth. This alien duo have been assigned to study earth, its occupants, and surrounding sites of interest. They constantly monitor our transmissions. They cannot understand why we keep allowing people like Michael Jackson and Monica Lewinsky to be our rulers.
